DAVID HOSLER (Chief Executive Officer), brings over 20 years of entertainment industry expertise to the Scorpion Capital Film Fund. As a partner at Cross Creek Pictures and founder of Lightyear Digital Entertainment, he’s been at the forefront of film production and distribution innovation. His experience as owner of the Aidikoff Screening Room in Beverly Hills and roles in nurturing creative talent make him uniquely qualified to lead First Light in revolutionizing film development and investment.

JEFF SAYER (Chief Financial Officer) is a financial strategist with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, entertainment finance, and strategic growth. As Managing Director at Scorpion Capital Management, he’s led complex deals across entertainment, sports, and the arts. His blend of legal and financial expertise enables him to navigate regulatory challenges while maximizing value, driving Scorpion Capital Film Fund’s financial strategy and growth plans.

ERIC T. PHAM (Development & Production)Eric T. Pham is a cinematic powerhouse with over 27 major film credits, including collaborations with visionary directors like Robert Rodriguez, Quentin Tarantino, and John Woo. His work spans storytelling consultations, visual effects, and production on iconic films such as Sin City and Mission: Impossible II. Eric’s multifaceted expertise drives First Light’s commitment to innovative storytelling and groundbreaking visual experiences.

RAY DAVIES (Packaging, Sales & Distribution) is a seasoned expert bringing over 25 years experience in broadcast, rights management, film packaging and acquisitions to Scorpion Capital Film Fund. With deep relationships across independent, major studio, and streaming sectors, he’s packaged high-end talent and acquired over 1,000 hours of commercial product worldwide. His financial acumen, risk mitigation strategies, and global network are crucial in navigating market partnerships and international deals.
